Forum’s organizers: the Association of Local Authorities in Lithuania, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Lithuania and PLATFORMA, the coalition of local and regional governments and their associations active in development cooperation.
Forum aims at strengthening the cooperation between European Union and Eastern Partnership countries, share the good practice in localising Sustainable Development Goals and inspire the future EaP Framework. During the event representatives of European Commission, European municipalities, national institutions and other stakeholders will present the main priorities, results and future challenges of sustainable development, as well as the financial funds and programmes and practical experience. Forum will be attended by mayors, local politicians, as well as experts on sustainable development policy from Lithuania, Moldova, Georgia, Ukraine, Latvia and other EU countries.
